Buc-ee's opened its Auburn location on April 10, 2023, marking Alabama's fourth Buc-ee's and the first in Eastern Alabama. The $45 million project brought the beloved travel center chain to the Auburn-Opelika area.
Grand Opening
Doors opened to the public at 6 a.m. CST, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed at 9:30 a.m. The opening attracted large crowds eager to experience the famous Buc-ee's amenities.
