Timeline and Delays

Buc-ee's officially broke ground on August 8, 2024, with original plans for a late 2025 opening. However, the project encountered several setbacks:

A conflict between Huber Heights and Clark County over sewer and water services halted construction in November 2024
The issue was resolved and construction resumed in December 2024
Weather delays also impacted the schedule

The company is now targeting April 2026 for the grand opening.

The store will be located on State Route 235 at Interstate 70 in Huber Heights, providing easy access for travelers on one of Ohio's busiest interstate corridors.
