Buc-ee's Coming to Florida's Capital
The highly anticipated Buc-ee's in Tallahassee is moving forward, with the company purchasing over 30 acres for more than $10 million. The store is expected to break ground in Q1 2026 and open in mid-2027.
Land Acquisition
Buc-ee's purchased 30.77 acres for $10,722,800 according to the Leon County Property Appraiser's office. The land is located at the Park Place site northwest of the I-10 and Capital Circle NW intersection.

Economic Impact
The new development will bring approximately 200 full-time jobs to the Tallahassee area:
